Pretty much the only element of this site I’ve been keeping properly updated is the What I’m Reading section—where I archive the best articles I’ve read and, starting this year, keep a running list of books I’ve read (good or bad). It’s useful for my reference, but otherwise it hasn’t served much of a purpose before now.
Which is why I’m going to start posting reactions to those articles and books here on this blog. I need to get in a better habit of reflecting on what I read during and after reading, and this will also provide a source of content for the blog (something I’ve struggled with since creating the site).
I’ve also removed feature images from all posts. They didn’t add anything of value to the posts, and now I don’t have to worry about sizing and layout and attribution. The simpler, the better.
Speaking of which, I decided to change the theme of the blog as well. Minimalist themes really appeal to me, and I found one that fits just right.
Anyway, I hope to get this blog running in full force one of these days. Wish me luck.
